    About the role:

    RELN is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as Customer Service Manager reporting directly to the Key Accounts Manager at RELN. This role will see you managing day-to-day operations, building new processes for exceptional customer relationship management, and fostering a team environment with our committed group.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide guidance and leadership to the customer service team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
    • Set performance goals, conduct regular assessments, and provide constructive feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
    • Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall customer satisfaction.
    • Address escalated customer issues, utilizing effective problem- solving skills to ensure prompt resolution and customer delight.
    • Facilitate training programs to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver product knowledge.
    • Lead the team to engage customers through live chat function and action all enquiries through the company’s website booking system.
    • Manage communication with warehouse and factory for delivery and manufacturing updates.
    • Maintain open lines of communication with external agents.
    • Assist in all aspects of export orders and contract moulding enquiries.
    • Circulate daily sales reports to approved employees.
    • Prepare reports related to the customer service function for weekly management meetings.
    • Create the monthly buying group reports and circulate.
    • Enter and follow up on customer complaints.
    • Assist in the delivery of all quotes for sales team.
    • Maintain the contract & products pricing database.
    • Coordinate with brand managers with regards to promotional activities
    • Remain up to date with catalogue submissions.
      Perform day to day administrative tasks.

    Essential Criteria:

    • Three years minimum previous experience in a customer service team leading or management role.
    • Must have experience in CRM data base
    • Building & construction product knowledge desirable
    • Proficient in all Microsoft suite programs
    • CRM database knowledge desirable
    • Clear and concise communication skills
    • Available to work five days on site in our office in Ingleburn.
