RELN has one of the most comprehensive injection moulding manufacturing facilities in Australia. Our modern “closed-loop” control machines range from 150T up to 4000T so we can mould a complete range of leading edge polymers from 10grams weight up to a massive 120kg. Our manufacturing capabilities also include extrusion, rotational moulding, ultrasonic welding and decoration. Adding specialised techniques such as structural foam and gas assisted moulding technologies gives you, our customer the leading edge in your market place.
RELN can facilitate your project from concept through to final finished volume production, ready for your customers. We project manage your requirements by using an integrated network of skilled specialists who can provide industrial design, prototype creation, product analysis, tooling design including mould flow analysis and creation of your production tooling. Being a quality assured company with ISO 9001 accreditation and with a number of product certifications RELN can also facilitate your specific quality assurance requirements.
Following are the elements of the brief:
Your ideas can be submitted in the form of a simple sketch through to a more detailed graphic outlining what you want to achieve.
Next our professional Industrial Designers will turn your concept into detailed specification drawings and product models using State of the Art 3D CAD software. From here we can commence the production tooling.
Once production tooling is complete, we are able to create a full size prototype, providing you and your customer with a physical product for you to test your market.
The next step is to computer analyse the mould filling and colling to ensure the tool design is optimised for maximum production efficiency. From here a meeting with our toolmaker will confirm final specifications prior to tooling manufacture.
Once the final tooling specifications are approved the manufacture of your tooling will commence. During the manufacturing process you will receive regular progress reports keeping you up to speed.
On completion of the final tool, trialling is conducted at the toolmakers premises to ensure your product meets the design specifications.
During the tooling stage all marketing, advertising, packaging and instructional literature is also developed and approved to ensure it’s completion coincides with
your product’s production.
Finally your product is ready for full production. Once production is complete, it can be packaged, labelled and ready for shipment to your nominated destination for
release into your market place.
