Hidden Channel™ FAQs
  • Is Hidden Channel™ available in 3m lengths?

    At this stage, the Hidden Channel™ is only available in 1m lengths.

  • Can corners be created?

    The RELN Hidden Channel™ easily creates corners where needed. Integral corner connections are included on the side walls to create directional change in the drainage offering two-way, three-way, or four-way connection layouts.

  • How are the trays removed?

    The trays come pre-installed with our snap lock spacer. To remove the tray, insert the supplied lifting key between the frame at one end of the tray and rotate 90 degrees. Gently lift upwards until the tray pops away from the frame. Repeat on the other side. Once free lift vertically away from frame.

  • How are the trays installed?

    Check the tray has 3 spacers installed on the underside. Place the tray in the frame, ensuring equal spacing at each end of the tray by using the lifting key as a temporary spacer. Place one hand at each end of the tray and push equally downwards with deliberate force until the tray snaps in place.

  • Do you need to use a Leaf Guard?

    A Leaf Guard can be installed to reduce debris blocking the drainage pipe system.
